Fair enough article until you get to the cost statistics - most are interesting to compare to the U.S. in terms of infant mortality (hint, most have lower mortality rates, but probably lower overall birthrates) versus what you pay - until you get to South Africa which is 137th in infant mortality! Did the writer just pick that to go "LOL! Look how much less they pay in South Africa!"
