Dude. I just, like, coughed up a piece of my lung today.

Seriously.

I mean, I'm used to hacking up these tiny little hard things, the size of a strawberry seed. It's so gross, cause I can feel it coming up my throat and I just start to gag and try and swallow it back down. Sometimes I just drink some water and I'm good, and sometimes I spit it out.

You're, like, the third or fourth person to say that. I don't think its anything serious, but since I need to go to the doctor for my annual check-up anyway, I'll mention it to him.

I'll be scheduling an appointment for next Friday. So, we'll see how things go then. The ironic thing is that I don't smoke or anything, so I'm not sure what that was all about.
