Update from Iwate
Hi, everyone, thanks for your concern. The epicenter of the quake was down off the coast of Miyagi prefecture, so we were spared the worst of the damage. We are far from the coast, so the tsunami missed us as well. We were without power for two days, but we had running water and gas for cooking, so we got by. I'm writing this from work, where everyone is trying to get things up and running as best as we can.
