a trying day...
well when i got home Sunday from Linh's...i went to the lab and finished the robot programming...it worked quite well.
I show up this morning to demo it...and the thing goes to hell...it doesn't run right like it did the night before...and then the batteries were dying...so i had to run to the nearby CVS to get new batteries. Got back late...tried it again with ne batteries...no dice. Spent the next hour working on reprogramming things...one of the other TAs helped me figure out the problem. It worked once....then when demo'd it fails...revert to the original..previously not working program...and it works every time...this thing has serious issues i swear.
i then bolt from the lab to the buss to drop off the robo kit back at the apartment...and barely made it back to campus in time for Calc...at least i understand what we are doing now..but the homework tonight...i think i am gonna cry...this is seriously trying my patience. Mitch tried the 5 i got stuck on...he managed to get 1 of them...all the others both of us are at a loss as to what to do...so once again...i get a 77.9 on another homework. my desk is now literally covered in eraser residue too.
Now i get to start my computing and finish my intro to EE homework....and this feeling of being dumbfounded and lost is not helping my focus...nor my confidence in my answers.
and most wonderful of all the next calc test is not till Nov 1st...and there are 2 more chapters worth of material we are covering in addition to the 2.5 we have previously covered...worst of all i think is that the last test only cover 3 section of 1 chapter...wtf?!
i am gonna bust my ass tomorrow to get the instruction i need to get these 5 problems...and also bust my ass the rest of the semester to make a damn B in that class....but i already sense it is gonna be futile...
i need a nice long shower to remove this stench of failure...
