Alec is sitting in his kitchen with a large mallet. He is glaring at his kitchen table with the sort of look that one reserves for their most hated enemies. Every few minutes or so the sound of bagpipes would crawl from it. In response, Alec would slam the mallet onto the surface.

He's been doing this for the past six hours.

Because his house was useful for going places and it seemed like a good meeting point, Alexander asked Orion and Mel to meet him there, so that they could discuss Orion's obsession with Eric. Alexander is waiting for Mel in the main room of his house. He seems to be bitter and irritable, but is trying to put on a good face for her, after all, she's not the root of his problems.

Alexander hobbled as fast as he could into the house before slamming the door shut. He then proceeded to put the house into lockdown, shutting off every available exit and entrance and revoking anyone's right to just pop in and visit. Even Mel's. When he wanted to, Alexander could put his mind to a task and get it done. Such tasks today included picking up, cleaning and cooking. He actually had Nick help with the first two. "NICK!" Alexander roared, as he stalked to the guest room, one trembling Prince Sameth in an iron grip. Right then he was beyond cranky, he was furious. Nick was gone. Alexander had sent the boy back home to finish things that needed to be finished off. He wasn't going to take him away from his life when there were things that needed to be done there. Which left him all alone. Alexander led Caretaker into his workshop. Various workstations glowed etherially in the darkness, until he threw on the lights, then they merely gleamed. Dropping himself on a stool he looked over at the other being questioningly, waiting for him to speak.
