I have also watched the whole first series of dexter, and was also suitably impressed.

Oh and I have done some work on the albums I promised a month ago or more - just that my puters a bit broken - so am having technical hitches... But yeah - am totally on it. Nicks is looking good and I think I have some cool stuff for Garrick & Lex too. Chris's is going to be Motown-tastic.

Loads of people say the Wire is brilliant - I think I'm going to have to pull the trigger and get the first series.

It was so good I went to Chippenham yesterday to try to buy the second series (failed to find it) - and am right now thinking about going to Bath to find it instead - which would take me a fair old time on public transport.

I highly recomend it. You do need to watch it pretty close together to be able to follow the language and plot I think though. You wouldnt want to watch one each week or nothin. Probably that's why it's rating were crappy - but it's critical acclaim was stratospheric.

I'll add my +1 for the Wire, it's ace.

I'm just working through Season 5 at the moment, and have all the others on DVD. I'll happily lend out Seasons 1-4, and pass on 5 when I'm done with it (and can be found at all good NPC meetings, LT and Maelstrom events, and randomly elsewhere around the country).

It does get at your speech, lots of people have 'had to fall' at various LT events this year, and lots of stuff is 'True dat'. I think I'm recovering from my affliction, but it's been hard going Yo.
