I was walking home from uni yesterday when I saw some papers scattered on the path, ruined by the rain from the night before, and among them was this envelope, torn open. I picked it up as much because I'd love to know how it got there, as because it was a nice design.

It's cold here, in my toes and hands. It's turning into autumn in quick bursts - you notice it hanging the washing out, a damp cool breeze; it's in the draught under the door; it's around the edges of your sleeves. So my house is being attacked by a storm (leaves flying everywhere and such) and I am listening to Mona Lisa Overdrive, and man it is awesome.

Our house is kind of vulnerable, because it is about half a storey higher than all the houses to the west, and that is where most of the storms come from... nice view though :)
