I just volunteered to do Thursday and Friday mornings (9-12) at an op-shop near me - and am slightly overwhelmed by the force of Nice Caring Older Ladies. I can't decide whether they are all very proper only sometimes they pretend not to be, or they are not very proper but feel they should be. In any case I don't think I could possibly stand
