2 naps in a row without oversleeping (two last night, but they don't count anymore because I slept too much in the morning)... and I do feel remarkably awake - even if I don't manage the proper schedule, 20 minute naps every 4 hours are most refreshing.
I realised something though: the schedule of sleep is basically designed to let you do stuff (and also seems to work quite well for people who sleepwalk or get recurring nightmares ... I don't sleepwalk but I do get pretty nasty nightmares from time to time) - and yet I am doing this because I have lots of time on my hands. Hmm. So now I will be awake 4 to 6 more hours a day, and yet I don't really have anything to do. Lots of reading, writing and internets I guess, which can't really be that bad a thing.
Is it bad to waste perfume by wearing it around the house? I really shouldn't, because it's one of the things you can never justify buying when you're broke, but I can't help it. It smells so pretty.
So pretty! (Emer, it comes from Spain!) <--- which is another reason why I should'nt using it at random: it's really hard to get hold of.
