What to do with weeds?
I know what to do with dandelion. I know what to do with sheep sorrel. But what does one do with wild onions/wild garlic (whatever it is) Is this the same thing as the wild ramp? I have made salads from stuff in my yard, but I have never used wild onions. Mostly because I hate raw onion. Has anyone ever cooked with wild onion? Is there anything useful to be done with wild onion? I have LOTS of it in my yard and I hate to mow it down if there is something fun that can be done with it.
