I am rather happy because I bought Batman Begins today. The deluxe edition too, so there is this very long interview with C. Bale about how he got into the role. I'm so excited to watch it. And I've been wanting to watch it so badly... But not on a YouTube screen or the edited version on television. I'm also very happy because I finally bought the patchouli perfume I wanted. This is also happy-making. Though the mall was swarming, since it is Labor Day weekend and a weekend itself. I had an interesting conversation with the Borders cashier about The Dark Knight, and different portrayals of The Joker. I highly recommended the film to him. And then there is Sophie's World. It is such an interesting book, and written truly well. It is about a girl who finds letters to her in her mailbox or her secret hiding places asking her questions such as "Who are you?" & "Where does the world come from?" There is much more to this novel (it is 520 pages long), but I will not tell any more, for I don't want to ruin it for anyone! I highly recommend it though. It truly makes you think. It is for my philosophy class at school, but I actually enjoy it, immensely. They even touch on paganism, Norse myth, Greek myth, and so much of the Greek philosophers. It is so interesting. And I really cannot put this book down...
