(no subject)
So I'm pretty tired of having no social life to speak of and really need to meet some new people. I'm at a loss as to how, though. I go to bars sometimes, but I've yet to meet anyone there, and that's probably not where I'm going to be meeting the kinds of people I need in my life, anyway. I could probably meet some people if I was in school, but I discussed that situation here a couple days ago. I don't have many other ideas, though. There aren't really any events for me to go to or places for me to go where it makes any sense to go alone. Going to the bar alone is weird enough as it is. Meeting local people online has proven to be pretty difficult. I'm not even just talking about trying to find a special lady friend. I need friends.
