Christmas
Wow, I just finished listing the Holiday Activities and gifts (below). EEK! How did Christmas get so hectic? Next year, just take me dancing or to karate/kung fu lessons ...then feed me cause I'll need some tasty treats afterwards. How about a nice massage and day at the spa. I could float around in the hot tub.. like fat lady soup, and get chow ming to paint my toes. Put some cucumbers on my face and try not to eat them. "Where's the ranch? Who's got the carrots?" Sit in the mud and wonder if the person before me was a man and be grosed-out at the thought that he was just in here blowing mud bubbles. OK! I can live without that...anyway Christmas was good but now I'm zonked. There should be a "Recover and Relax Day" who's with me?

Dec. 22nd- Birthday: officially in the over 30 club (now 31).
Gifts included:
1. Antique silver locket from my mother
2. Silver with sim. ruby/diamond ring from my mother-in-law
3. Best of Neil Diamond and Best of The Beach Boys cd's from adonijah74, who also got me "The Snorks" season 1 dvd (which has yet to arrive, hopefully will get here soon)
4. A beautiful hand made card from my daughter Sarah Jo.
Dec. 23rd- Christmas family get together at my moms:
Gifts included:
1. A silver scrolly ring (to me-from my mom)
2. John Carpenter's Assault on Precinct 13 dvd and 1 other dvd (for adonijah74-from my mom)
3. A personalized tin can with a picture of Sarah Jo riding a giant lizard filled with plastic melty-beads and design plates for Sarah Jo-from my mom
4. Tons of delicious food: spiral ham, meat/cheese/crackers platter, cream cheese & black olive tortilla rolls, bacon ranch crescents, strawberry pretzel salad (desert), pasta salad, banana bread, lemon poppy bread,frosted sugar cookies, mint chocolate cookies, and more
Dec. 24th-Christmas eve: open one early gift
1. "Gummi Bears" complete series dvd for me from Shane
2. Littlest pet shop playset for Sarah Jo from us
3. Final Fantasy-"Dirge of Cerebus" playstation game concealed in large box with a stone ball surrounded with pillows and clothing to trick adonijah74 -from me (he also got a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream early, but it's gone)

1. "Antique look" radio and record/tape/cd player. Totally awesome, now I can listen to my vinyl records and albums,(I've wanted one for a long time and this one is really nice and pretty too.) pop-hisss
