When you are stressed, what is the first thing you do? I stop breathing for a few seconds and glare at some inanimate object. I usually tense up, too. Then I calm myself(or at least try)

Does crying really make things better or worse? I think it can make things better. You can let out those thoughts and emotions you've been bottling up. A cleansing experience, if you really let it all out.
