Goof-off Day

Mar 23, 2010 17:08

Welcome brother Goofies and sister Goofettes to Interernational Goof-Off Day. Today is our annual celebration of all things goofball related.

So what does it mean to goof off?

That’s a mighty fine question Oscar the Grouch. Goofing off is the motion (nay, lifestyle) of wasting time doing unimportant or unrelated tasks to your required job.

So how’d you spend this most goofatious of days?

Singing to my cat, balancing a broom on the end of my finger, seeing how long I could sit in a box before my legs cramped up and why did I do this all? To avoid preparing my passports for my flight in two days.

Warning: I am a professional goofball, do not try this at home.

…Well that’s not very sensible or memorable…

Exactly the point of goofing off, to avoid all memorable/sensible tasks and events :D

Well, I’ll see all you newly recruited Goofers next year, goof on!
