C. mentioned in passing a desire for me to write down the rules I have for myself, no doubt because I have mentioned their existence on more than one occasion. Because I am in a reflective sort of mood tonight, now seemed as good a time as any.

There has been something have been a few things going through my mind lately. The one currently at the forefront is potential, specifically mine. I still feel like I'm circling the issue, but perhaps trying to put my thoughts into words will help me to figure this out.

I have learned something new about myself. When I don't get enough sleep, I am very grumpy in the morning and I get irritated if anyone wants to talk to me. Is this a personal failing, something I just need to know and work with, or something I should merely avoid by getting more sleep?
