(no subject)
Sorry for the spam, but I am at that point where I'm feeling good enough to be on the internet but still just sick enough that I can't be physically active.
I've also been working through some very, very, very old bookmarked SGA fic over the weekend. Some thoughts:
-it bugs me when people go on about how skinny John is. He's slim, yes, but he's not skinny, or frail, but he's middle-aged and he does have a belly.
-also when people give John a six-pack. Have you seen John Sheppard?
-Rodney is not blond (not during the show's timeline anyways)
-I wish there was more fic about exploration and Pegasus culture that doesn't end in tragedy or angst.
-also more happy team and expedition fic in general.
-old fics can seem really OOC at this point, but I kind of like the nostalgic feel it gives me.
Speaking of bookmarks, has everyone heard about the Delicious accquisition? It's nice to know that Delicious won't be shut down in the near future.
