The Summer Finally Begins
Well, summer school is finally drawing to a close. Tomorrow I'm going to Flagstaff with Michelle! I'm helping her move her stuff from Prescott. We're gonna see the Simpsons movie, hang out with some friends, and relish in the fact that it'll soon be time to return to NAU! I can't wait!
In other news, my telescope came this week and as soon as Phoenix has a rainless night I'll use it. Yeah...its raining, finally. lol My dad and I have been spending time together lately and its been pretty cool. After my last class on August 2nd I'm going to New York. My mom is there already. It should be fun, hanging out with cousins and stuff, I haven't been back in a year. I'll be there till the 9th. Then I'm spending a few days here before going to Michelle's house in California! We're going to Disneyland!! :)
ps. Here's a pic of the new telescope (i need to shave, lol) The little yellow tag is a warning not to look directly at the sun with the scope without a special filter. The fact that this caused Galileo to go blind isn't enough for astronomers? Apparently not, hehe:
