Dale
I like Dale, but I have taken him to 11 Dentist appointments and 4 Doctors in 3 months. For the sake of all that is holy, get a hobby!
At the last Doctors visit he decided to share with me his gladness that the new doctor does not have large hands. His Prostate exam went smoother this time. Ack! TMI! This was during a day full of failures. He had a blood test scheduled, but they did not tell ME that it was a Fasting blood test. Dale ate an apple in the car on the way to the test and they would not take his blood. I tried to tell them it could not be in his blood stream yet AND that his was the best they were going to get from him. They still said no. Later we went to pick up his new meds. The Doctor was faxing it in. I suggested to Dale that I drive him home and pick the medication up later after I was done with all my regularly scheduled programming. Dale said no. He wanted to pick it up right then. I tried again to deflect him, but nope. So of course we go to CVS and the fax/computer order has not even been sent yet. I TOLD YOU SO. I tried not to say that out loud, closed my book and drove him home.
