I have a mental block on my weight loss. I actually booby-trapped myself multiple times. I see myself doing it and do not stop myself. I do not understand it. I am pretty damn sure I know why. But I always thought curing a problem required knowing what the problem is and acknowledging it. Yet that cannot be true. I totally acknowledging it.
Does anyone have a useful suggestion without me revealing the block and embarrassing TMI?
