I am crying again ...

... but this time it is from such a sense of joy and gratitude..

I had managed to climb my way out of the darkness and make some inroads in my continuing quest for self awareness and self reflection ... and today I was busy making a dent in my pile of work, tasks and commitments ... when someone knocked at my door.

And what happened next brought fresh tears to my eyes ... I had to sit down and hold myself as sobs erupted from within ... someone .... some wonderfully loving someone .. someone sent me the most deliciously joyful bouquet of sunflowers I have ever seen ... and oh my god the message was just so right ... so perfect ...
