another giddy post
my poor sweet bestie hasn't been feeling very well this week.
so, today, i brought him some peppermint tea and we watched Arrested Development for a while
then, we decided to go to Best Buy for a little bit
i got to ride the motorcycle!!! it was soooo much fun and so relaxing!!! i can't wait to ride again!!! plus, it wasn't so very bad getting to hold on tight to my bestie. i felt very safe. and now i'm a tough biker chick. hehe. i got to wear his bike jacket and it was so big on me and he let me wear his helmet while he got the one that everyone else has to wear. :) he also volunteered to put my hair into a tight braid for me if i didn't feel like doing it. it is very important to have your hair tightly tied back when riding a bike. but, of course, i am very capable of braiding my own hair. so, i did it myself. but it was very sweet of him to ask if he could do that for me. :)
while in Best Buy, looking over in the music, we grabbed weird-sounding albums off the shelves and read the songs on the back. he read one saying "angel on my bike" and went.... hmm indeed...awwww. :) it made me smile.
we then went to Napolis for dinner and we played a mean trick on his brother, who just got into town from Lubbock last night with his wife and kid, by putting salt in his drink. he didn't drink this drink till the end and it was glorious. haha.
we then all went back to his house and we played Scene It on his brother's xbox. it was muy fun! bestie and i were on a team and we pretty much lost. haha. but it happened to be very cute when we would get a right answer, we'd high five, and he'd curl his fingers (and of course i'd do the same) so that we'd end up semi-holding hands. it was a fun game. :)
i love his family so much. they are practically my fam too. so, i always am comfortable around them.
i had so much fun tonight. big smile on my face. i can honestly say that he always makes me so happy and i am never in a bad mood when i'm with him. he actually makes me smile whenever i don't feel like smiling. i am so blessed to have him in my life. i'm the luckiest gal.
i hope it lasts forever!!!
