Stay Away from Mattress Warehouse
I need to vent so here goes.
Mattress Warehouse is stupid. About 4 days from Xmas I ordered a mattress from Mattress Warehouse. A twin size futon mattress. The clerk told me that the bed would be available on 24th for me to pick up from the store. I go into the store on Friday to pick up my mattress and its not in the store!!!
The second clerk said he was sorry about that and that he will reorder it and have it delivered to my apartment on Tuesday the 30ith. On monday I get a phone call saying that my mattress is no longer in stock and that I must get in contact with Mattress Warehouse to fix this problem.
So I call them once again to find out what the hell is going on. A clerk with a nasty tone of voice said he will reorder it and I will have to come pick it up on 7th and then hung up on me (sigh). So once again I call and the bed is not there on the 7th. This is a new clerk and I explained the hole situation to him and tell him about the nasty clerk who hung up on me. I call again today on the 8th and a different clerk said that he will upgrade my order to a full size futon mattress, which is 10 bucks more then the original order for free and that I will still have to come pick it up.
I would rather suffer from an IKEA or Wal-Mart headache then go through that again.
So my words to everyone is to stay the f away from Mattress Warehouse. All they will make you do is piss into the wind.
