College?

So as some of you may know, I found out that I got into UC Berkeley today. Also, I got a $12,000 scholarship to UC Santa Barbara. And I got into UC San Diego, but that's not really important. This is all exciting news, but it puts me in a very difficult position

seems like you've kind of ruled our berkeley all on your own...and in terms of that, you aren't ready to give up the band and neither are the other guys- so berkeley is out if you want to go far with music.
i don't know about the people that go to ucsb, but after visiting jessica at least once a month and spending time up at isla vista--the people are all clones-but then again if you're into the bleach blonde crack whore thing- then by all means... not very interesting at all...a lot of them are from northern california too---so they are bush loving jesus freaks...
--but on the other hand--i feel like if you're calling CSUN "only a notch above pierce"--that you feel as if you're better than that school- you got into three great schools and then CSUN, not that it isn't an amazing school- but maybe you wouldn't be really reaching your academic potential there.
also, if you choose santa barbara you'll be close to home and you'll have the option of transferring to other UCs if you ever want to- so you can stay in SB and if you decide you'd rather go to berkeley or san diego in a year or two you'll have that option...
you don't have to party every weekend either- or every day of a weekend i mean- if you choose friday for parties you can have saturdays/sundays for practice or whatever you decide...and the rest of the band would still be practising without you here (even though that's kind of sad...) and in terms of shows- it would be cool to book them in the valley and in santa barbara to increase fan base...
i think you'd have a lot of fun in santa barbara and you wouldn't feel as if you are limiting your education because of something you're hoping will work. (just being realistic not negative).
