3/20 workout

Mar 20, 2012 13:14

Hello friends. Today I was working out for like two hours. I used this bodyrock workout to start with.

Below I will post modifications. As always, click the link to get specifics on how much to do and how to do it. I should note that I used the 18 pound Kettle Bell today, I have derby practice tonight, and knew I would be running today.

1) 25 - Burpee & Push-Up, I did knee push-ups, as always.

2) 25 - One Leg Step-Ups - Right Leg, I used my stairs and the Kettle Bell

3) 25 - One Leg Step-Ups - Left Leg, same as above.

4) 25 - Elevated Push Ups & 2 Under Knees, I always try to do regular push-ups when a workout calls for "elevated," Unfortunately, it didn't work today.

5) 5 - High Knees + Drop, no modifications

6) 50 - Mountain Climbers, no modifications

7) 25 Tricep Dips, I don't have my equalizer yet (and I don't even think Josh ordered it yet), so I tried to emulate the movements with the kettlebell.

8) 25 Ball Squats, I don't have a ball, so I tried to pretend I did.

9) 25 Stand to Plank, no modifications.

10) 50 Jump Mat Toe to Elbow, no modifications

11) 50 - V Star Switch Abs, no modifications

I'm still not sure I should have done these. I have derby practice tonight and a workshop with Bonnie D. Stroir tomorrow. Oh well, too late now. Hopefully I will be able to work through any leg fatigue that I have. I did no modifications so I am going to cut out all the exercises and make you go to the site if you want to try them.

A) Squeezes:

B) Ass Inner & Leg Workout: (Repeat Left & Right Side Separate)

C) Inner & Outer Thigh: (Repeat Left & Right Side Separate)

1) Chest Press, no modifications other than using a kettle bell

2) Bentover Row, no modifications other than using a kettle bell

3) Upright Row, no modifications other than using a kettle bell

4) Deadlift Left Leg, no modifications other than using a kettle bell

5) Deadlift Right Leg, no modifications other than using a kettle bell

6) Reverse Push-Ups, I did curls instead.

7) Around the world, with this I used ten pounds of flour in a Fred Meyer bag.

Next up, I did my daily run. Yay for no rain!

Here are my run stats.

And here I am, happy that's it's all over, and that I did it. I am also wearing my Fracking Toaster shirt.
