Today I followed
this bodyrock workout.
It's raining, so no run :-(
Below I will post my modifications.
1) Alternating hand sand bag swing, I used the 26 1/2 pound Kettlebell since I knew I wouldn't be running today. However. For the last one I did I did a swing with both hands and realized that it VASTLY improved my form, so from now on I will either use the lighter KB or I will do two handed swings.
2) Shovel left, I used the above kettlebell, holding the handle with my left hand and putting my right hand on the bottom.
3) Shovel right, I did the reverse of above.
4) Clean and Press Left, as we know from yesterday, I can't even do ten of these on my left with the 18 pound kettlebell without starting to feel shakey toward the end, so I used the 18 pounder again instead of the heavier one.
5) Clean and Press Right, I'm sure my right arm isn't THAT much better than my right, so I stuck with the 18 pounder.
1) Reptile PushUp, I don't have the equalizer YET, plus I can't remember what the reptile push up is so I did regular ones on my knees.
2) Mountain Climbers, no mods except lack of equalizer
3) Star Push Ups, I put my hands out further, but not my knees.
