Stupid Emo Kid. part 17
Miri was waiting. Was Brayan really going to kiss her? She peeked one eye open. And then the other.
"Brayan are you o-"
Miri was cut off as Brayan threw up. He barely missed her and landed all over the person in front of him. The lady turned around and looked like she was going to yell, but instead looked sympthetic.
"Is your boyfriend really sick?" the lady asked Miri.
Miri blushed. "He's not my-. I don't know, he was fine when we came in, but I think I'm going to take him home."
Miri turned to Lori, who had been absorbed in the movie.
"You can stay here if you want, and drive his car home. I'll take him to your house in mine. It's okay if he throws up in it, I need to clean it anyways."
Lori looked wary, but pulled Brayan's car keys out of his front pocket. She hesitated then moved over two seats and sat back down.
"Send me a text when you get to the house. You can chill in my room until I get back. Are you sure you are alright with driving him to the house?"
"Yeah, I'm not that into this movie that much anyways. See you later."
Miri slowly helped Brayan stand up, and put his arm around he shoulder. He swayed slightly, like he might have a fever. Great. A delusional pretty boy. Just what she wanted. They went slowly down the stairs and across the aisle. When they got out into the hallway, Miri got a good look at Brayan. His eyes seemed unfocused as he peered around at everything as though he had never seem it before.
"Err, Brayan, were you feeling okay at the start of the movie?"
"The daisy watered the headband."
"Oh goodness."
Miri encouraged him and half pulled him down the hall and to her car. Finally, they reached it. Miri unlocked the doors and helped him into the passenger seat. As she buckled him up, he turned to look at her and his eyes seemed to focus.
"I love you"
