Walking and stuff.

I walk a little over 2 miles 3 times a week with Trey after work. We've been pushing, slightly, to shorten our time and will then add a little distance increasing to 3 miles. I'm wearing Vibram Five Fingers as often as weather permits to strengthen my feet and legs.

My intention is to gradually get my body to a place to be able to run a 5K on a whim. I'm gonna sneak up on it.

April has company coming for 4 weekends so we won't be riding the ATT until May. Cold weather had us off the Trail on Sundays and as it has warmed up, projects have had us busy or worn out. I"m looking forward to riding in the woods again but have been happy about the things that have and will distract us.
