Ms. Harsaw goes to the United Nations.
Phantazia exited the United Nations where she had just given a speech to a very surprised looking group of delegates. Security had not stopped her. They hadn't seen her until she was at the podium and speaking. Dressed, her her full regalia though her mask was left out, she had delivered Magneto's simple speech.
It was simple. The United Nations will either help Magneto retake Genosha or they will stay out of his way. There are no other options. Questions had been few and far between. When she was finished, she thanked them for their time. However, instead of using more subtle means to make her exit she chose to walk out in full view. By the time she was outside, news of her speech had spread and she was greeted with a small gathering of reporters.
"What do you have to say for yourself? Why did Magneto want to address the U.N.? Who are you? Is he really going to retake Genosha?
Phantazia held up a hand. "I'll make this simple and brief. Mutants everywhere need a safe sanctuary, a home all of their own. That was to be Genosha but for some reason, mutants having a safe haven where they can live without the fear of being rounded up, is frowned upon by most people in this world. Magneto is going to rectify that. Genosha will be retaken for the benefit of others."
"He knows that it will not be easy. The fighting will be rough. However, those who do commit to the cause will be fighting for a better day. Magneto is taking volunteers. It's not enough to be trained on how to control your powers. Anyone can do that. Magneto believes that mutants should be taught to reach their full potential. Anyone that wishes to join this cause will receive that training."
She stated a cell phone number. "Anyone who wants to join up can call this number. We will come to you."
"Thank you." And with that, Phantazia made her getaway. Now it was time to see who, if anyone else, would come join their cause.
