A Meeting of the Minds
Somewhere in Latveria, sneaking through the streets, is a great deal of sand. It sticks to the shadows, and stays a light coating on the ground. It avoids direct contact with anyone who passes through the streets.
And within the sand are several minds bound together.
It's uncomfortable for William Baker, to say the least. It's a terrible reminder of the absolute most traumatic moment in his life, when he merged with Morrie Bench... Hydro-Man. That experience, terrible as it was, at least served to scare him straight, but it's not exactly something he really wants to relive.
But he's doing it anyway. For the boss.
