Sarah had not forgot her promise to Victor, however she had not been able to find much information from any of the Government Agencies regarding what's going on with the act. Julian's room was on a different floor then Victor's but it didn't take him long to get there, and the fact that he was running got him there even quicker. Slightly out of breath, Anole raps loudly on Hellion's door.

"Wow..." Victor said a little taken a back. "That was a little uncalled for." Unlike most people, Victor won't take Julian's crap without giving it back.

"I don't have a problem Julian, we have a problem, this country has a problem and I need your teams help." Best way to confirm a rumour, is just to assume it's true, plus with Julian it's not really a far stretch for him to put together something like that.

Victor just gave him a knowing eye, "Are you going to invite me in so we can talk, or should I just go talk to Cessily about all of this, and have her bring it to your attention?" He snarked at him.

Cess may well be his best friend, but he knows she can be a push over sometimes.

He didn't invite him in, but Julian did step aside some to allow him to pass.

Victor rolled his eyes as he passed him, and handed him the SHIELD report. "There's this to talk about. We need to go help them."

Julian closes the door (though not all the way), and looks over the report.

There's a deadpan look at Victor.

"You hacked your way into SHIELD's database... right." He tossed the report onto his bed.

"No, I'm not that good with computers. Sarah hacjed into SHIELD's databases, "She's been keeping an eye on things ever since the Under Age Superhero Act came into effect." Victor said picking up the report and folding it in half putting it into his pocket.

"I'm not an alarmist Julian, I wouldn't come to you with fake information. Jesus, you know me better then that."

There's a facepalm from Julian. Though he makes a mental note that if he does ever need hacking done, he'll make Victor make Sarah do it.

"Oh, god..." He rubbed his forehead.

"Have you lost your mind?!" Not that Julian didn't break the rules whenever he damn well pleased, but this was serious.

"We just rebuilt the place; Are you trying to get us sentinel-bombed?"

He's trying very hard not to yell right now.

"She's a cyberpath." He wanted to add 'you idiot', but thought better of it. "She's not going to get caught, she know's how to do it, and do it properly. You'd be a lot better off if you knew the extent of the powers of all the people that you could potentially work with Julian.

There was a noise of disgust. Even if their folks were evil.

Sofia was in the area, the hall actually, with possibly a vague idea of seeing Julian (maybe) when she heard yelling. She stopped. Eavesdropping was second nature to her, especially when she was sure that was Julian yelling those obscenities.

"For someone who's powers allow for them to be stealthy, you suck at being subtle. That's always been your problem. You react, you don't think, and you get caught up in bullshit like semantics.

"You know what, you're right, I should have known better then to come to you. You're obviously not in this so flatscans and mutants can live in harmony, you obviously don't want to help anyone but yourself."

"Just remember this Julian: We didn't raise our voice, we didn't make a fuss. It's funny there was no one left to notice, when they came for us." Victor snarled out, quoting a song from NOFX, to be honest he wouldn't have cared if he had been thrown up against the wall, it would have proved his point even more so.

He almost the door in a big dramatic gesture ready to rush out and slam it behind him, seeing Sofia right there made him jump though. "WOAH!
