Dreams of becoming an actress reawakened
I've just gotten back from my first voice acting gig. It was awesome! I got the gig because I could speak Norwegian (yay for being from a country with only 4,5million people) and played the part of the old Viking spirits the main character was drawing on (or something).
We were in a small room where they were going to shoot the next scene after we were done. I was fed coffee (yay) and declined offer of donuts (successful willpower roll) and then got to say my lines. The crew was great, the director was awesome and in general, the entire experience was exhilerating! If I could, I would love to do something like that again. So if anyone got any acting jobs (voice or otherwise) just lying around; pass them this way!
