This year, my birthday fell on the same day as Dances of Vice (see the photos in my last entry or my blog), so I went there first to hang out with everyone. When the event was over, a few of us traveled back to Queens to see Sherlock Holmes 2: Game of Shadows. It was awesome.

Usually my family decorates a Christmas tree earlier in December, but we were all so busy that it didn't happen until several days ago. I'm pleased with the way the tree turned out this year, mostly because I found that shiny tree topper at the last minute.
