meeting with the man
Yesterday, Zoh and I visited Green-Wood Cemetery! The entrance gates were so forbidding. XD It was my first time there, despite the fact that I lived in Brooklyn for a several years when I was a teenager.
The landscape is a complex of rolling hills-- some very steep-- dotted with gravestones, crypts, and ancient trees.
Zoh and I sat on one of the benches near this pond. The water was still, dark, and deep. When I leaned over it, I half expected a slender white arm to emerge and grab me. XD
I didn't get many photos because it felt weird to be taking them with my camera phone, but I'll visit again soon with a real camera for more pictures.

I'm going to write a detailed post about my New Year's Eve Sleep No More experience with Stephanie, but not until I've had... more sleep.
