(no subject)
Work yesterday went a lot better then the first day. I really like my main supervisor, i got to see a lot more kids and several really interesting diagnoses. There is also another OT who i didnt meet the first day (she doesnt work mondays) who is a new grad (as of this may). She almost went to QU but at the last minute a school in NY offered her a lot more money. She seems really nice and im glad to have someone at such a similar level at the site.
Today at work was even better then yesterday. Lets hope my days keep getting consecutively better! I participated in two, one hour yoga groups back to back and i am already feeling it. Its not like we were having them do super hard poses but kids are flexible! The first group was lower level so we would get into a pose and then it would take 5 minutes to get everyone to do it right. Meanwhile im just holding this pose which kicked my ass . It did motivate me to take my own yoga class. I have fridays off and their is a $5 walk in yoga class around the corner so i think im going to do it.
In other news..team "we went to public school" dominated at trivia tonight winning $40 at Mulligans. We actually werent doing that well but some how we pulled it off at the end. It was mostly James and his friends so im not even sure ill go next week to reap the benefits of the victory. We will see...
