One of my old bosses from Vortex posted this link on Facebook.  I was quite shocked.  (scroll to near the bottom of the article)

What's weird/ironic, is that particular comic was done as sort of a fun lark in between other projects, and it turned out to be one of the most popular things I've ever done.  Go figure.

I've noticed Jaspurr sometimes talks in his sleep.  Now meowing, but the 'urrling' sound.  I have to wonder who he's talking to in his dreams-- us or the other cats.  Charlie used to eat in his sleep-- he'd make these lip-smacking sounds like he was eating some good dream-food.

This one has a couple of recognizable swear words mixed in with the German, just FYI. What I find so funny about this is how the guy's friends were laughing so hysterically at him. If any German speakers want to post a rough translation, it would be appreciated!

One of my half-sisters is teaching in Paris, and posted this horrible link to French gormet organ meat.

Does or does not picture #2 look like cat barf??

If they ever get really desperate they can do Survivor: France and have one of the challenges be to eat this stuff (prepared by a gormet chef, of course.)

A dad films a snow leopard snacking on a careless squirrel. The young son seems to find it hilarious, but the dad is very upset.

There's a massive power outage effecting the OC, Low desert (Palm springs, Coachella) and apparently a lot of San Diego and even into Baja Mexico.  They had a crawler on the TV talking about an 'emergency.'.  Of course, anyone in that area will not be watching TV, so I'm not sure what good that did...  The outage may last into tomorrow.

I hardly ever post YouTube links, but I think people around my age will find this hilarious. It's a 'misheard lyrics' video using the Tears For Fears song "Sowing the Seeds of Love." There's a particular line and photo early on that made me really love this video. (guess what it is!)
