Day-after Christmas surprise
When I got up this morning and went into the livingroom, there were small black things scattered all over the carpet and the kitchen floor. I had no idea what that could be, except maybe one ofthe cats had shredded something dark.
Then I saw the mangled, very deceased bird in the middle of the kitchen floor. (female house sparrow)
Not sure who the culprit was, although almost certainly it was either Gandalf or Sugar. I tossed the bird out onto the back patio, but when I got out from the shower it was back on the kitchen floor. Tossed out in the back yard again. Hopefully it will stay out there. Not sure how I'm going to clean up all the feathers :/
