Only thing I can notice right now, but I finally figured it out, is I think your icons might come out smoother if you saved them in .png rather than .jpg? They tend to look a bit grainy to me (especially in #7) and maybe that's why. In other news though I really like how experimental you are with your cropping!

I'll definitely have to try that, because they do come out grainy and it drives me insane. I always thought it was because I was over sharpening them, but couldn't tell in photoshop. Thanks for the tip! I'll try it out next time I make icons.

Cropping is one of my favourite things ever~

I know right~ I was redoing old Gaila manips/icons earlier and went crop crazy. >>

I love it. Especially since I don't use textures/text that often.

Oh yeah, hun. .png does a world of difference and especially in icons, which are so small.

I love your colouring, but they look over-sharpened.

Thank you! I'm going to see if saving as a .png helps.

I really love your cropping especially in 5 and 9. Your coloring in 1 is amazing. Overall, I love your icons but some of them seem a bit too contrasted and sharp.

Thanks so much! Yeah, I did my last batch in .png which seems to help with that. But I'll definitely keep an eye on contrast and sharpening anyways!

You're welcome. Yeah, png really seems to help. Good luck on your future work.
