Veronica's Room - Monday Morning
Veronica woke up and found herself alone in her bed.
This wasn't unusual in and of itself, but she still had the vague sense that something wasn't quite right.
Memories of the weekend seeped into her conscious brain and she stifled a groan, realizing that she had been a human taser who hit on everyone, including Lindsey, EW, over the weekend.
She rolled over and spotted Dick, curled up on the floor, blocking the door so she couldn't leave, and smiled in spite of herself. She was incredibly grateful that he had been there and been himself and kept her from doing anything stupid.
... like letting Logan snack on her. Oh, God, she really, really hoped that that was simply a by-product of the weekend and not, you know, a new problem to deal with.
As much as she hated the idea of getting out of bed, she felt bad that Dick was sleeping on the floor, so she got up, walked over to him and crouched down next to him. "Dick. Wake up."
