Journal Entry (Private/NFB)
It was a crazy weekend. It was nice having Dad in town, but he's still so uptight and overprotective. I guess I can't really blame him though. After everything that happened, I worry about him a lot more too.
I decided to be nice and bake cookies for the JA bake sale. I even enlisted Piper and our Ethics class slaves to help. And then, after I explicitly promised in the newspaper that the JA bake sale was not going to be like the Yearbook one, Marty Blank told everyone that our cookies were made from people!
He's been running from me ever since and today I got flowers from him. I don't know what possessed him to do that... and in this school, he very well may have been possessed. I'll have to give him a call.
Interviewed Rogue's guardian guy for the paper. He was... interesting. And I got the feeling that guardian didn't quite capture their relationship accurately, but since I don't know Rogue that well, I'm not about to pry.
