[Rei is setting up the PCD, but accidentally turns it on before she means to. There is ink on her fingers and her calligraphy set is on her table, a small sheath of white paper ready to be inked.

A slight frown appears as she notices the red light and she fidgets with the video feed for a minute until the filter is in place.]

Yes, I'm new here. I only arrived in this city a couple of days ago. And as a matter of fact, Ami was one of the first person to welcome me here upon my arrival.

[Her look turns back to the calligraphy set and to the stack of small rectangular papers.] Calligraphy is said to be a very relaxing hobby. Would you say so too?

And about the fact that she intends to meet them next time they show up. I proposed to go with her. Yet I wonder, is it safe for her to go?

[To Raven, Ami looks like a peaceful girl but there's something about her. Like some kind of hidden fighting spirit.]

I'm glad to hear that. Also Ami sounds reasonnable enough not to do anything inconsiderate. My offer of backup still stands anyway.
