Mike and I played Wii bowling last night and I finally beat him the second game! HA! HA! Okay he won two out of three but the second game was by my new record--160. Oh and I gave myself two activity points because we played for over an hour and I was standing up the entire time,

Another run/walk day, same as on Monday: 42:15 or 3.48 miles , except I added 15 seconds onto the running intervals.

After taking a week off, I've finally started to exercise again. I ran/walked for 42:00 minutes or 3.46 miles.

I went for a bike ride this morning. It was only 75 degrees when I went out at 10:30 and with a bit of a breeze, I hardly broke a sweat. I couldn't believe it was only 75, it's been in the mid-80s since May. I don't know, I might be over-exaggerating but it's Hades here during the Summer. Instead of on the treadmill, I wanted to see how I would do running and walking around our neighborhood. We live in a small neighborhood that is a little more than 3 miles around. Four miles on the treadmill this afternoon, after defeating my exerscuses. Haha.  It wasn't too bad except for the last couple of intervals, when I stopped for a bit. I just made up a word. I ran/waked four miles for 48 minutes (by treadmill timer). I think it was 32 minutes of running and 16 minutes of walking. It started out well but I started getting tired during the third from the last running interval and had to stop during those last intervals ( Read more... )

I ran/walked five miles. The first 3 1/2 - 4 miles weren't bad and then I hit a wall. It was struggle to get to five miles.
