It's so beautiful outside! I love when I wake up and it feels like the world really woke up with you. Gotta be one of the best feelings...personally, it gets me moving better.
Let's see...as far as diet, I've come up with a plan for myself. Low low carbs, no pop, and no sweets during the week with alternating days of cardio and pilates. Then on the weekend, I'm allowed to be a little freer with my food, but still careful with cardio on Sundays. Hopefully a routine will help keep things maintained and low. I get nervous because I want immediate results, but that's just impractical. I will use this journal to help me track my feelings and progress....so deal with it!
Tonight is a very exciting night for me! House is on at 8pm and then Nip/Tuck is having its 90 minute premiere tonight at 9pm!! Now, this is my favorite show and I'm very content with the fact that I've set aside like 2-3 hours tonight for television. I can't wait to see what this season has in store!!! Woohoo!!
Today, so that I can be super-content with those television hours, I have to complete my stats/psych report and prepare/study all day for my first Bio exam tomorrow. I really want to do decent on it. I hope I do.
