I think my sale is falling through today. After inspection it turns out the house easily needs about 15K in repairs. I've asked for those in credits/escrows, but I doubt the seller will comply.
I'm frustrated. I simply can't afford anything more expensive and there's just nothing for sale in my price range in the area I want. Perhaps this is Gods permission to finally move far far away. Especially in light of my recent work dissatisfaction. Why cant God just send emails like everyone else? It would be so helpful.
