Some days you win....
First up - an update from work:
1. The job in the quality dept. was NOT given to me. They dumped a couple monkeys who had previous experience form another department in there. Color me not amused.
2. Not even an interview for Brandon. They decided to hire people from Brandon only. The only plus side is that someone responsible for the hiring seemed to like my resume (and a couple others) and is going to requsition a few more positions. That'll be at least a month....
3. Still no word on mgmt. training.
Socially... things are going great with the gal. She leaves for a week in Toronto tomorrow morning, though. That's going to suck. A lot. I think we've spent two nights apart in the last week. A full week is not going to be fun.
But we're getting together tonight, so, I guess I'll have to take what I can get.
