I wish I had more time to blog. I enjoy reading y'all's entries.
I'm reading books, hanging out with Adam, cooking, working, and working out. I'm currently reading Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell (I picked it up after I heard him on the CBC). It's really easy to read, and super fascinating, too. It'll be one I can lend to lots of people. Same with Me Talk Pretty One Day, which I read recently in three days (I don't have time to read for long periods usually, otherwise it's totally a one-day read).
My first intro to sewing class was last night. It was fun, but a bit too basic, since I've already learned a bunch from my mom and aunt (yay!). So I transferred to the next level class. It's at the same place, same time, but on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays. So I've missed the first class, but that's okay. I'm attempting to get the teacher's contact info from the Vancouver School Board so I can find out if I need fabric or a pattern, but they've been sluggish to reply (I emailed them last night, no response yet). Oh well. I'm still stoked.
Still listening to shit-tons of podcasts (mostly This American Life). It is easier than reading because you can do stuff like clean the kitchen and fold laundry while you're listening. Also still watching tons of Northern Exposure. God I love that show. I haven't watched the new Lost yet, but I'm totally stoked to watch it this weekend.
