Yesterday I watched La Mala Educación (it was okay, not bad), and, craving more Gael García Bernal, followed it up with Y Tu Mamá También , which I haven't watched in years. And can I just say, that movie is pure teen-boy porn, oh my fucking god. It would be impossible to watch and not get all hot and bothered. Yow.
Finished reading It's Not About the Tapas (I recommend it); started In Patagonia. Three cheers for travel-writing!
The Buffy singalong was fun. Like 90% ladies, of course, mostly my age. It was fun to be surrounded by people who love Buffy as much as I do. People shouted out obscure references, and cheered and booed for different characters. It would be nice if they did it more than once a year. I'd go.
