I'm reading Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson these days. It's good, but I need to actually sit down and spend some time reading it - it's hard to read in small bits on the bus because I keep forgetting what's going on.
I was pretty damn depressed earlier this week, but I went to the gym on Wednesday night and last night, which I think really helped.
There is a hardcore show coming up that I am contemplating going to. S.T.R.E.E.T.S. and A Javelin Reign and Ladyhawk. I kind of hate going to shows because I hate the scene (so fucking snobby it's unbelievable), but it's been a long time, and I never go out anywhere anymore because I am a loser, and I really like two of those bands (haven't heard much Ladyhawk). I just hope I don't come home after the show hating myself.
