What style are lily Allen and Madeline Peroux. And what station did you hear them on?

Lily Allen is British pop with interesting lyrics and subject matter. Madeline Peroux is a modern Billy Holiday. I heard them on one of my made up stations. I have no idea which one or what they related to.
