26 Day Two

Dec 17, 2006 20:48

So. Day Two right? Let's begin. The cardio was a little different today. Running, or rather, jogging is becoming much easier than it's been in a long time. So.

1,000 Calories:

13 minutes: Intervals UpHill Treadmill Running
12 minutes: Stepmill
15 minutes: Treadmill Jogging
20 minutes: Treadclimber
10 minutes: Treadmill Jogging

I did start to feel some aching in my hip joints while jogging. I'll see if they're sore tomorrow. The hardest part is the Stepmill. I go at a level 10 and that's just a high pace to keep up for so long. I feel it in my hips more. I might cut back on the Stepmill time and just add more to the jogging.

Basically the rate I go at is 50 calories for every four minutes, well, at least that or greater.
I did eat about 800 more calories today though.  Today was Sunday and working out is easy because I have no time pressure. Tomorrow though I am waking up at 5am and working out. I'll see how I feel during the workout and decide if I'll go for the entire 1,000 at that time, or have to come back later that night.

Yesterday, after the workout I had lost 5lbs of water. I was down to 180. I was pleased to lose the weight, even though I knew it was all water weight that I had lost. Tonight I'm pretty much back to the 185.

This is going to be tricky. I don't know if I'll be able to lose as many "pounds" as I had hoped just because I have a good amount of muscle which may slow down the weightloss. It looks like I'll just get leaner. Especially since I gain/keep muscle pretty well.

Anyways, this should be interesting. The week will probably difficult, but I never planned on it being any other way.

Remember. Impossible is nothing.
